Glassware: Champagne Flute

Tools:

  • Mixing Tin
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: Lemon twist

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Chilled Prosecco
  • Angostura Bitters

Steps:

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, add:

  • 1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Swirl gently to chill, and strain into a champagne flute.

Top off with Chilled Prosecco, leaving an inch of space remaining, and add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Garnish with Lemon Twist to serve.
