Classic Gin Gimlet

Glassware: Rocks

Tools:

  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Gin (We use Hendrick’s)
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Juice of ½ Lime

Steps:

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, combine:

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Juice of ½ Lime (adding the juiced hull to the tin)

Cover with a mixing glass and shake until the tin is frosted.

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
