Hurricane

Glassware: Highball

Tools:

  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: Lime Wheel

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Dark Rum (We use Myer’s)
  • 2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup

Steps:

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, combine:

  • 1 oz. Dark Rum
  • 2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup

Cover with a mixing glass and shake until the tin is frosted.

Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a Lime Wheel and serve with a straw.

Tropical Depression (A Virgin Hurricane)

Glassware: Highball

Tools:

  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: Lime Wheel

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1 oz. Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Juice of ½ Orange
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Juice of ½ Lime

Steps:

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, combine:

  • 1 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1 oz. Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Juice of ½ Orange
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Juice of ½ Lime

Cover with a mixing glass and shake until the tin is frosted.

Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a Lime Wheel and serve with a straw.

Ramos Gin Fizz Float

Glassware: Highball

Tools:

  • Bar Spoon
  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: None

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Limoncello Gelato
  • 1-½ oz. Gin (We use Bombay Sapphire)
  • 1½ oz. Seltzer
  • Juice of  ½ Lime
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 drops Orange Blossom Water

Steps:

To a highball glass, add:

  • 2 oz. quenelle of Limoncello Gelato

Fill pint glass or tumbler to the top with ice, and set aside.

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, combine:

  • Juice of  ½ Lime
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1-½ oz. Gin

Cover with a mixing glass and shake until the tin is frosted, then add:

  • 1½ oz. Seltzer
  • 3 drops Orange Blossom Water

Swirl gently to combine, while preserving carbonation.

Strain into  pint glass over Gelato, allowing drink to froth while pouring.

Serve with a straw.

Ramos Vir-Gin Fizz Float

  • Bar Spoon
  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: None

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Limoncello Gelato
  • 1½ oz. Seltzer
  • Juice of  ½ Lime
  • ¼ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 drops Orange Blossom Water

Steps:

To a highball glass, add:

  • 2 oz. quenelle of Limoncello Gelato
