Recipes

Tolstoy Tang

Glassware: Highball

Tools:

  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: None

Ingredients:

  • 1-½ oz. Stoli Vodka
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup

Steps:

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, combine:

  • 1-½ oz. Stoli Vodka
  • Juice of 1 Lemon (adding 1 juiced hull to your mixing tin)
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup

Cover with a mixing glass and shake until the tin is frosted.

Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and serve with a straw.

Moscow Mule

Glassware: Highball (or Copper Mug)

Tools:

  • Mixing Tin
  • Mixing Glass
  • Hawthorne Strainer

Garnish: Lime Wedge

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 oz. Stoli Vodka
  • 4 oz. Ginger Beer
  • Juice of ½ Lime

Steps:

In a mixing tin half-filled with ice, combine:

  • 1-½ oz. Stoli Vodka
  • 4 oz. Ginger Beer
  • Juice of ½ Lime (adding juiced hull to your mixing tin)

Cover with a mixing glass and shake until the tin is frosted.

Strain into a highball glass (or a copper mug) over fresh ice.

Garnish with a Lime Wedge, and serve with a straw.
